Trio of heavy hitters by H. Moser & Cie in collaboration with Bucherer
Bucherer, the renowned luxury watch retailer that Rolex announced was buying at the end of august, is partnering with the indie watchmaker H. Moser & Cie. This collaboration introduces three dazzling timepieces that combine Swiss craftsmanship with innovation. These limited-edition watches draw inspiration from H. Moser & Cie's Pioneer and Endeavour Concept series.
Aesthetics
The 3 new watches by H. Moser & Cie X Bucherer blend an elegant design and precious materials.
From the left-hand side in the pic above, the first watch in this collection, the Pioneer Tourbillon Concept Aventurine, features a sporty yet elegant design. It boasts a rose gold and black DLC-finished titanium case paired with a mesmerizing midnight-blue aventurine dial, free from any markings except for a flying tourbillon opening. The leaf-shaped hands elegantly display the hours and minutes. To enhance its modern appeal, the watch comes with a black rubber strap.
The second watch, in the middle is The Endeavour Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillon Aventurine. It offers a similar aesthetic with its aventurine dial and flying tourbillon but this one comes in a 40mm case made of 18ct 5n red gold with a sapphire crystal on the front & back. It comes with a blue alligator leather strap. What sets the second watch apart is the addition of Moser's minute repeater mechanism, proudly displayed on the front of the watch. A slider on the case's left side activates hammers that strike the time on gongs circling the dial's perimeter.
The final piece is the Endeavour Concept Minuter Repeater Tourbillon Aventurine & Diamonds. It features an aventurine base dial but swaps out the rose gold case for a 43mm white goldone . Adding to this opulence, the shining bezel and crown are adorned with 85 baguette-cut diamonds. This larger 43mm watch maintains the technical excellence of a tourbillon and a minute repeater. It also comes with a blue alligator leather strap.
These three watches exemplify the remarkable synergy between H. Moser & Cie's craftsmanship and Bucherer's flair for creating exclusive, high-end looking timepieces, offering watch aficionados (maybe slightly wealthy ones) a chance to own truly exceptional works of horological art.
Movement
The Pioneer Tourbillon Concept Aventurine is moved by Calibre HMC 804, an in-house automatic movement with a frequency of 21,600vph and a 3-day power reserve.
The Endeavour Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillon Aventurine is moved by the Calibre HMC 904, a manually wound in-house movement with a frequency of 21,600vph and a stunning 90h power reserve.
The Endeavour with diamonds is also moved by the same Calibre HMC 904 with the same features as the one without the shiny bezel that we just described.
