RM 35-03 Automatic Rafael Nadal: Extra-sporty automatic trio
Richard Mille has unveiled the RM 35-03 Automatic Rafael Nadal, marking the fourth reference in its series. This new release is a result of three years of dedicated development, showcasing the brand's commitment to blending technological advancement with luxurious and "futuristic" aesthetics. The RM 35-03 stands out with its unique "sport mode" feature.
Aesthetics
The RM 35-03 is offered in three distinct versions: Carbon TPT with black case and case band, blue and white Quartz TPT, and a combination of Carbon TPT with white Quartz TPT.
Each model maintains uniform dimensions, measuring 43.15mm in width, 13.15mm in thickness, and 49.95mm lug-to-lug. These watches also boast a water resistance of 50 meters. The design is not only visually appealing but also functional, with a focus on durability and style.
Movement
At the heart of the RM 35-03 is the RMAL2 caliber, a fully skeletonized automatic movement that displays hours, minutes, and seconds. This movement is constructed with grade 5 titanium bridges and baseplate, ensuring robustness and reliability.
It operates at a frequency of 4 Hz and offers a power reserve of 55 hours. The double-barrel system in the movement enhances timekeeping accuracy by evenly distributing torque. The unique "Butterfly Rotor" system, activated by the sport mode button, allows wearers to control the winding rotor (cool, right?).
Availability & Pricing
This new reference retails for $238,000 but given the brand's exclusive nature, potential buyers might need to being inquiring directly with Richard Mille boutiques or authorised dealers.
