Unveiling the Streamliner Tourbillon Skeleton by H. Moser & Cie.
H. Moser & Cie introduces the Streamliner Tourbillon Skeleton in Steel. This model follows their initial venture into skeleton watches with the 2022 Pioneer Cylindrical Tourbillon Skeleton and marks the second skeletonized design in their repertoire.
Aesthetics
The Streamliner Tourbillon Skeleton features a distinctive 40mm lug-less, cushion-shaped case that sets it apart from traditional designs. Its somewhat octagonal shape flows smoothly, distinctively different from other angular watches. This design is enhanced by a narrow cavity with a brushed finish along the sides, adding depth and a multi-layered appearance. The integrated bracelet is a crucial aspect of the watch's design, with compact, closely-set links that conform perfectly to the wrist. The links are vertically brushed to match the case, with polished sides that add dynamic movement. The dial of the watch is openworked and monochromatic with an anthracite finish, accented with red gold-plated indices and hands, enhancing the overall aesthetic with a touch of luxury.
Movement
Powering the Streamliner Tourbillon Skeleton is the in-house HMC 814 calibre, a marvel of engineering originally derived from the HMC 804. This automatic movement is fully skeletonized. The bidirectional pawl winding system ensures efficient energy capture, keeping the watch running for 72-hour power when fully wound.
Availability & Pricing
The Streamliner Tourbillon Skeleton is now a permanent fixture in the H. Moser & Cie collection. It is priced at €79,080.
