Two new dials for the Jaeger-LeCoultre Polaris Chronograph

Jaeger-LeCoultre graces its Polaris Chronograph with two remarkable dials, each an emblem of the brand's unrivaled craftsmanship. Within its workshop, located in the Vallée de Joux, Switzerland, the luxury watchmaker boasts an impressive amalgamation of 180 specialised skills, allowing it to create these watches in-house from conception to completion.

The new rich warm gray dial for the Polaris Cronograph

New Watches Features:

  • Two distinct coloured dials: captivating deep blue and rich warm gray.
  • Both dials feature a lacquering technique that creates a gradient effect, transitioning from light at the center to dark at the edges.
  • Composition includes a central disc, hour-marking middle ring, and seconds outer ring.
  • Sub-dials (30-minute counter at 3 o'clock and small seconds counter at 9 o'clock) feature a circular grained texture and this subtle detail contrasts beautifully with the glossy lacquered areas and the outer ring's opaline finish.
  • Bold trapezoid indexes align with the Polaris design ethos.
  • Enhanced legibility through luminescent coating on the indexes, numerals, and hand tips.
  • Bracelet: The blue-dialed version has a steel bracelet and blue rubber strap, while the gray version comes with a beige canvas and black rubber strap.

Movement

Adorning the movement are exquisite finishes for these 2 variants: blued screws, Côtes de Genève decorations on both the baseplate and the intricately designed winding rotor, which flaunts the signature 'JL' motif.

True to its heritage and as with any other Polaris Chronograph, the movement is entirely crafted in-house at Le Sentier, located in Switzerland’s iconic Vallée de Joux.
