The new H. Moser & Cie. Pioneer Tourbillon Burgundy
H. Moser & Cie. is one of the leading independent Maisons and has built a reputation for its minimalist dials, striking fumé finishes, and innovative mechanical movements. It represent the sweetspot between luxury and functionality.
The Pioneer collection exemplifies this philosophy, offering haute horlogerie elements, suitable for everyday wear without compromising on craftsmanship.
Aesthetics
The new Pioneer Tourbillon Burgundy retains the classic 40mm case design but is now crafted in bold 5N red gold. Its brushed surfaces, polished accents, and distinctive dial color contribute to a refined yet casual aesthetic.
The dial features a striking burgundy fumé effect, a nearly invisible transparent logo, and applied red gold indices with luminescent accents. The tourbillon at 6 o’clock remains the focal point when you look at it.
The watch comes on a khaki rubber strap, with alligator leather and textile strap options available separately.
Movement
The watch is powered by the HMC 805 calibre, an evolution of the brand’s previous tourbillon movements with remarkable power reserve of 3 days.
This one-minute flying tourbillon features a double hairspring, designed to improve accuracy and reduce friction. The movement also showcases openworked bridges, an anthracite grey finish with Moser double stripes, and a skeletonized 18k gold rotor.
Availability & Pricing
The Pioneer Tourbillon Burgundy is not definetely for everyone and its price either. It goes for approximately €63,500 (including taxes).
