Breguet Classique Tourbillon 3358: Two new References for women

Abraham-Louis Breguet, the venerated watchmaker, is remembered for his profound contributions to horology, particularly the tourbillon which was patented in 1801. His innovative spirit lives on in Breguet’s modern collections. The brand's newest additions, the Classique Tourbillon 3358 in two striking gold variations, honor this heritage by incorporating the iconic ‘whirlwind’ mechanism into women’s watches, a testament to the timeless appeal and versatility of Breguet’s original designs.

Aesthetics

The Classique Tourbillon 3358 models are available in white or rose gold and both show stellar craftsmanship.

The white gold variant features a captivating blue mother-of-pearl dial designed to mimic a starry night sky, complete with off-centered hour and minute numerals and rhodium-plated hands. A constellation of diamonds and gold stars adorns the dial, centered around a dazzling tourbillon aperture with a comet-shaped bridge set with diamonds and a blue spinel.

The rose gold model turns the opulence up a notch, with a fully paved diamond dial and a snow setting that accentuates its luxurious appeal. Both models share the signature fluted caseband, a hallmark of Breguet's design language.

Movement

Visible through the sapphire caseback, the hand-hammered baseplate features an engraving of Breguet’s name, the movement's unique number, and the historic date of the tourbillon's patent. The watches are powered by the in-house manual-winding 187 D movement, boasting a 50-hour power reserve. 

The white gold model is paired with a midnight blue alligator strap, while the rose gold model comes with a crimson red alligator strap. Both are equipped with triple-folding clasps embellished with 42 diamonds.
