Omega Unveils New Seamaster Aqua Terra and Planet Ocean Editions

Omega introduces new models to two of its most revered collections: the Seamaster Aqua Terra and the Seamaster Planet Ocean. Let´s explore these new additions.

Aesthetics

The Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M 38mm Green Dial adds a fresh hue to the collection, featuring a sunray-brushed, green PVD-coated dial with a teak pattern that pays homage to luxury sailboats. Available with a stainless steel bracelet or a green rubber strap, this model integrates classic design elements with modern flair.

Conversely, the Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m Boutique-Exclusive Collection introduces six new references divided into earthy-toned 43.5mm time-and-date models and 45.5mm chronographs. These models diverge from the traditional orange accents of the Planet Ocean line, opting instead for gunmetal grey, silver-and-green, and beige with bronze accents. Each model is complemented by matching rubber straps, enhancing their overall aesthetic appeal.

Movement

The Aqua Terra is powered by Omega's Master Chronometer automatic calibre 8800, showcasing a co-axial escapement, a 55-hour power reserve, and strong resistance to magnetism.

The Planet Ocean boutique-exclusives feature two different movements: the time-and-date models utilize the calibre 8900, while the chronographs are equipped with the calibre 9900. Both movements are Master Chronometer certified, offering a 60-hour power reserve.

Availability & Pricing

The Aqua Terra 150M 38mm Green Dial is now part of Omega's permanent collection, with prices starting at €6,600 for the rubber strap version and 6,900 for the steel bracelet variant.

The Planet Ocean 600m Boutique-Exclusives are available exclusively through Omega boutiques, with pricing as follows: 7,800 for the grey and green 43.5mm time-and-date models, 8,300 for the beige 43.5mm time-and-date models, 9,900 for the grey and green 45.5mm chronographs, and 10,700 for the beige 45.5mm chronographs.

These additions to the Seamaster Aqua Terra and Planet Ocean collections highlight Omega's continuous pursuit of excellence, offering watch enthusiasts new reasons to admire the brand's legacy and craftsmanship.
